Lucinda Ellery Limited understands and respects the importance of your privacy. We request the minimum level of personally identifying information to run our business effectively. When you browse the site, we do not collect personal information about you. The only way we will get any kind of personal information is if you give it to us when we specifically ask for it. |

We need these to perform our contract with you and to protect your interests. We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments booked and where possible remind you of upcoming appointments or advise to changes to your appointment time and or technician. We cannot do this if we do not have your number or email address and they are only used to keep you up to date. |
We also love keeping you up to date with our newsletter however we will only ever send you this should you choose to opt in. and it will not be sent without your consent. |
Your payment information |
This means your card’s security/CVV code. We’ve got to do this to perform our contract with you so we can take payment, and give refunds. However please note we do not keep records of your cards security details. |

We store notes for both parties’ legitimate interests. The notes are with respect to services we undertake to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service. For example, your preferred hair style, colour formula codes, how you like your coffee and who your favourite stylists are. We consider you have provided consent for us to store personally identifying information and information about your services based on your receiving services from us. |
Your medical history |
To protect your interests depending on the particular service(s) we are providing we may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. From the 25th May 2018 we will obtain your consent prior to storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service. |

Your personal details will not be passed to any other third parties except where necessary to process your purchase or enquiry. |
