A message to all of our fabulous clients.
Goodness me this summer has flown by and we have had some
wonderful days, though not a patch on last year and by the time this
newsletter is out ....the summer will have been and gone.
One of the letters we are including in this newsletter lifted my heart so much and I am reminded of how lucky I am and the whole team to be surrounded by such fabulous and appreciative ladies one and all. So again and again I say thank you from the bottom of my heart for being in our lives and for coming to us.... you bring such pleasure and joy with you and I am delighted to say we seem to do the same for you....
Dr. Joe Dispenza is lecturing in London in August and well worth a visit if you can catch up with him, I found the 7 day event too much for me but I absolutely loved Cancun and wouldn’t have missed it for the world. I had the delightful company of Micky virtually to myself and again was overwhelmed with the good fortune I have been blessed with in my life. My children have been the best part of it, caring for me and being there and dare I say amazing at work, Dax is such a trouper spending 50\60 hours a month getting to work. Whilst Micky and Chris are over working in New York all this week making sure things run smoothly, who could want more than their children sharing and working so hard to make our life and dreams flow. I’m as obsessed with hair as ever; that light has never dimmed for me and I love being in the studios with everyone being pampered; it’s never changed one tiny bit.
We are looking to open on the other side of London to relieve the pressure in Chiswick as we are getting busier and busier and we want to make it easier to get appointments for all. Opening new locations are hard, long and arduous to bring about but it’s definitely on the cards and we are actively looking to find a suitable venue. Exciting as ever, I visited Bristol and Solihull in recent weeks, such a delight to see the teams, clients and how well they look after the studios.
I hope everyone has had a great summer break with children at home and family time! And remember girls, it’s never too late to learn to meditate; it literally transforms your life around you and makes life easier and more magical in every way. Lastly, it’s always wonderful to see you in the studios.

Dear Lucinda,
The last time I felt compelled to write a letter was around 4 years ago and it was equally heartfelt but extremely painful to write.
This one, however, is quite different and much easier.
I came to see you a couple of years ago. I had been through many years of trauma and my hair had got very thin. I was touched by your honesty and generosity of spirit and I knew then that I would be back, but that it had to be in my own time, and when I felt ready to “take the plunge”.
I came back to see you a few months ago, and although I was bowled over by your honesty (of course there are always risks!) and your obvious sincerity, I still didn’t feel ready...but a few weeks ago, a drastic occurrence in my life made me convinced that it was time... time to take the plunge!
I booked my appointment and couldn’t wait to get into the beautiful calm of the lovely studio I had seen on my first visit...My day started at 9.00 am and from the time I walked into the studio, my heart was pumping with excitement. The staff (they felt like buddies) were so wonderful and reassuring and always on hand to answer any questions or bring drinks or a chocolate bar.
With at least 4 people working on me at different times, I can honestly say that I enjoyed every single millisecond of my TRANSFORMATION. From the “ideal image” I had prayed for, to the consummate professionalism of all with whom I came in contact.
I skipped out of the venue at 6.30pm feeling so much lighter and with the knowledge that every penny I had spent on myself had been given back to me in spades. On my return journey I tried to sum up exactly how I was feeling and realised that there had been four key occasions in my life that I would never forget.
1) My wedding day
2) The birth of our first son
3) The birth of our second son
4) The magical day spent at Lucinda Ellery studios

Dear Chris and Micky,
I write to express my appreciation of the superlative service I experienced from the staff at Lucinda Ellery Edinburgh. I call them – “The Ellery All Stars”. Please commend the following members of staff who have given me exceptional service:Darren, Abbie, Emilia, Jess, Danielle, Niamh and Robyn.
I appreciate their competence, confidence and discretion. They are all friendly without being intrusive and their professionalism is first class. I suggest that they are major assets to the company. I admire especially the manner by which Darren and Robyn manage the staff – firmly, fairly and with great good humour.
There are many diverse, lively personalities among the staff so the lightest of touches is, I imagine, required in this delicate operation.
All in all, it is a pleasure to attend the appointment at the clinic – apart from the transformative miracles they achieve with my hair. Sincerely,

As some of you may already know our wonderful manager Charlene is moving back ‘home’ to London and will be joining the London managerial team once more. In her place we are excited to announce that one of our star Studio Supervisors, Sylwia, has been promoted to as the new Solihull Studio Manager. We are truly satisfied knowing that our Solihull studio is left in such capable hands.

Hi I’m Sylwia,
My Journey started at the Lucinda Ellery London studio back in 2014 when I was a hair assistant. From day one I was amazed by the friendly environment and transformation that I was a part of and I soon developed a love and passion for the work. Earlier this year I was training to become a manager and I am so grateful for the opportunity to arise and to be selected as the new Studio Manager. I feel so lucky to share the knowledge I have gained with my new team. Together we will bring the best possible service to our lovely Solihull clients. I feel very relaxed here in my new home town. There are so many beautiful places to go in Solihull, my favourite being Malvern and Brueton Park where one can escape and spend a peaceful time with nature.

This was a very special visit celebrating the huge success of the New York location which is growing at rapid speed and which is pioneering some very new and unique LE projects.
