MESSAGE FROM LUCINDA ELLERY Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our lovely clients. Time seems to go so fast, it seems only yesterday that I was wrapping gifts or choosing Christmas cards. It is truly a gift and a pleasure that we have many of you back year after year, the relationships and friendships we have built just fills my heart with such joy. I want to extend a big welcome to those new to the Lucinda Ellery family. I would like to start by thanking you for all the letters, feedback, comments, cards, chocolates, flowers we have received from you, it’s always great for my team to know we are doing a good job and that you are leaving and living happy due to services you have experienced here. Well for me personally it has been such a busy but brilliant time. Travelling between our UK and USA studio’s has certainly given me a bigger insight into how hair loss and TTM is affecting millions of ladies, yet still the spot light on these issues has not yet been fully lit.
